Good to Know

• Please note that a minimum number of four people is required for this tour.
• What to bring: ticket (e-ticket), water, sunscreen.
• The meeting point is at our Gimbus Experience Center 25 minutes before tour departure: Via Fratelli Cairoli 21, Como.
• Tours will depart promptly at the scheduled times. Guests arriving after check-in closes will not be able to participate in the tour, receive a refund or be rescheduled to another time.
• Please note: there is no restroom at the meeting point.
• Parents are responsible for their children.
• If you arrive in Como by car, keep in mind that there are not many parking spaces near the meeting point and therefore it could take a long time to find one. We recommend that you arrive in the city at least one hour prior to the meeting time.

Meeting Point

The meeting point is at our Gimbus Experience Center, located at Via Fratelli Cairoli 21, Como. You can find us on Google Maps by searching for "Gimbus" or by following this link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/SDXwgoKmckJUy1Rk8 Check-in starts 25 minutes before the boat departs and ends 15 minutes before. Please arrive within this time frame.
